DRAMATIC 1950's black cartwheel / bonnet style hat. This hat has so many great details! Here at OST we are loving the generous bouquet of silk poppies with stems on the front of the brim, the oversized nylon trim, and the large velvet trimming and bow at the back of the hat.

Label: "An original Caspar-Davis California Model" sold at Engel Fetzer, Cleveland

Condition: Great. It's a little faded, and there's a few small holes at the top of the hat, but this doesn't effect the presentation at all.

Measurements:
22", but one size fits most.
